X-Small                    5” to 6"      or   (127 mm to 152 mm)

Small                        6" to 6.5"   or   (152 mm to 165 mm)

Medium                   6.5" to 7"   or   (165 mm to 178 mm)

Large                        7" to 7.5"    or   (178 mm to 190 mm)

X-Large                    7.5" to 8.5" or  (190 mm to 216 mm)

How to measure your wrist size:

With palm facing up, open your hand, then measure your wrist by wrapping a soft measuring tape, snuggly around your wrist, then note the measurement.

Alternatively, you can also wrap a piece of Non-stretch string or a strip of paper snuggly around your wrist, then note the measurement with a ruler.
