Yin and Yan symbolizes the interdependence and coexistence of all opposing forces in the universe. Where there is darkness, there is also light, where there is coldness, there is also heat. When Yin and Yan are balanced, the universe is in harmony. The Yin Yang symbol is the most well known and ancient Taoist symbol.

How to measure your wrist size:

With palm facing up, open your hand, then measure your wrist by wrapping a soft measuring tape, snuggly around your wrist, then note the measurement.

Alternatively, you can also wrap a piece of Non-stretch string or a strip of paper snuggly around your wrist, then note the measurement with a ruler.
